In 2007, Spida Lee’s first single ‘Verbal Assassin’ produced by Beat Butcha was released on 12” vinyl, CD and digital download on Rubicon Records.
A Hardcore hip hop single with lyrics laced in realism, the single received plays on multiple hip-hop specialist shows, including 1xtra, Kiss FM, Choice FM and others.
The video was also played on an MTV base episode called From The Endz, Channel U and was also in DJ Shorty Blitz top ten singles in Hip-Hop Connection magazine.

Spida Lee’s second release was an EP called victims Of Society, which was also on 12” vinyl, CD and digital download.
The project featured 3 tracks from his debut album to give people a sample of what he was bringing to the hip-hop table.
The main track, Victims Of Society, produced by Brutal Artistry got played on Radio 1 by Bobby Friction and also received airtime on Channel U.

The album got good reviews, page features and interviews in HHC, RWD, Blues and Soul and other magazines and websites, as well as provide Spida Lee with an oppurtunity to do shows with UK hip-hop Icon SkinnyMan up and down the country to help promote his project.
